GOVERNANCE

The Agency is governed by a Board of Directors who function as a policy making board. The roles and functions of the Board of Directors are:

• To operate as a governing body for the Corporation
• To govern development of policy, assist in planning, and allocation of funds.
• To hire Executive Director who is responsible to the Board for administration of the Agency.
